Intelligent Industry is in full motion!!!

During my recent visit at Cyient Analyst event, I got privilege to interact and touchbase with key leaders on a plethora of happenings in the digital product engineering world
Sharing snippets of some of these discussions for benefit of wider engineering community and my network: -
đ [Communications space] After RDOF, BEAD is a significant program bound to get in business to the engineering ecosystem as the enterprise funds seem dry after continuous CAPEX investments since later part of last decade. Now all eyes on the program and also how the interest rates (cuts!) pan out. Had interesting discussions with Pedro Cardoso Lopes Carlos Caseiro on much deeper aspects here and the wireless business they bring in!
đ [Margin expansion] Improvements in utilization coupled with benefits from indirect cost optimization continues to flow in. This though should be true for multiple big and small players across key horizontals as heard in dialogue with Kunal Bahl & Rohit Bansal at The Economic Times event last month
đ [Sustainability & plant engineering] Had an interesting chat with Manoj Sahu on how digital twin is lowering CAPEX and OPEX for brownfield hydrogen solutions. As these cost savings stream start flowing well into the P&Ls of key enterprises cum next-gen renewable adopters - we should see renewable energy becoming more mainstream and thus achieving COP targets reasonably!
đ [GenAI] Profound discussion with Raman Vaidyanathan & Jitendra Pal Thethi on GenAI currently seeing light of the day with solutions around arena where even humans are not able to satisfy humans aka customer support. Their razor focus on forging crucial partnerships and IP solutions seems impressive!
đ Finally as Krishna Bodanapu highlighted, the intelligent engineering industry has come a long way from mechanical fuel gauges to electronic ones which provide km ranges left and finally the intelligent systems which will nudge user to get tank refilled (as the car would otherwise run out of fuel before reaching the next station!)
