👉 Bosch India has the highest score on Industry 4.0 deployments for "OEE enhancements, production monitoring & process optimization"

👉 Focused efforts on cost-discipline through granular cost analytics and predictive spend mechanics

👉 Running post-manufacturing CX initiatives in the after-sales market for "Online Repair, Service Prime, eWarranty, SMS updates"

Strong Case : development of "Intelligent Chillers" which recalibrate every 10 minutes based on real-time performance data unlike traditional chillers which used to run on fixed temperature set points

Outsourcing opportunities in ongoing initiatives:-

1. Scale-up of digital initiatives from existing 100 projects to 1000+ projects

2. Further focus on cost discipline by application of advanced MES for certain use cases

3. Improvements in responsiveness, accuracy and cost-control in anomaly detection systems

4. Scale-up of current nascent gen AI implementations across 10+ projects

5. 300-500 basis points incremental improvements targeted over next 3 years in OEE from current levels of 80-85%

6. Upliftment of waste management solution from current nascent state to advanced state (zero discharge management and superior carbon monitoring)
