While I was understanding their current state of digital transformation, of these 23 acquisitions, ~70% acquisitions point to only mechanical know-how, tech-transfer expansion



~30% acquisitions, which is both a significant percentage and absolute value bring in Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation benefits...
