How do some of the Indian Automotive OEMs fare in the digital transformation race (ranking as on 12/22/2025)

I have studied 6 Indian Automotive OEMs across all manufacturing value chain levers to understand the kind of initiatives they are taking to become better through Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation

Below is the ranking, please note, the ranking will change as more and more players are studied by me

Ranking Methodology:-

1. Digital transformation initiatives (taken up in last 1.5 year and those planned for next fiscal) are considered)

2. These initiatives have been fetched from secondary desk research on these organizations and through the reliable expert network

3. Across the value chain, multiple use cases are taken up per value chain lever to come up with the level of digital transformation at the organization

4. The ranking is expected to be fluid and change basis

   1. New inputs from expert network

   2. Announcements of new initiatives at any of the covered organizations

   3. Scrapping of any existing initiatives

   4. Addition of any new organization in the study
